The Adult Membership Plan is made to help healthy mouths stay healthy. With this plan, you can save $734 annually, and it includes:
- Initial comprehensive exam
- 2 regular cleanings
- 2 fluoride desensitizing treatments
- Necessary intraoral X-rays
- 2 oral cancer screens
- Bi-annual periodic exam
- 1 full mouth series of X-rays (once every 5 years)
- 1 emergency care visit (exam & necessary X-rays)
Our Perio Membership Plan considers the needs of patients with periodontal disease or bone loss. With this plan, you save $1,018 annually. It includes the following benefits:
- Initial comprehensive exam
- Bi-annual periodic exam
- 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings
- Necessary intraoral X-rays
- 1 full mouth series of X-rays (once every 5 years)
- 2 fluoride desensitizing treatments
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 1 emergency care visit (exam & necessary X-rays)
Our Child Membership Plan is for patients 15 and under, so our younger patients have coverage for general and preventative dental care. With this plan, you can save up to $772 annually, and it includes the following benefits:

- Bi-annual periodic exam
- 2 prophy cleanings & necessary intraoral X-rays
- 1 full mouth series of X-rays (once every 5 years)
